It takes about a day to put a video together. Another 1/2 day for some changes and you're about right. So when I say 3 days sometimes it's going to be faster. Just depends on what's on the list for the Lumberjacks.
What actually happens, day by day
- Day you upload: your project is assigned to a Lumberjack.
- Next business day: your Lumberjack starts working through the footage
- Three business days after upload: first cut lands in your inbox. Sometimes it's sooner.
- You send some notes and we swap things around. We're done and dusted inside of a week. Faster if you need it.
What if you need it faster?
Sure. Your boss screaming for that edit. We've got you. There's a 25% rush fee but I'll have you the first cut the next day and then we've been on the phone getting changes and getting it out the door for you. This. This happens way more than anyone thinks. Not a week goes by that I don't get a phone call asking for an emergency to be solved.
